Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury Survivors

In August, 2017, I sustained a severe traumatic brain injury and the next day I lost all of my strength and the ability to do physical exercise.

I began doing small snippets of yoga each day to stretch my body and to give my mind a break. And slowly, I began to regain strength.

I believe yoga was a huge contributing factor to my recovery and I want to spread the word with all survivors!
